A vampire and a princess walk into a consignment shop….

Now’s the time for your biggest costume push. Use all your Internet resources and advertising ploys to get shoppers in for costumes NOW. No, it’s not too early. In fact, it may be too late…check your local market. Ours is already 35% off so you may have to adjust your pricing. But big income is NOT the main reason for bringing your shop to the fore for Halloween. We all know Halloween’s a MONSTER for all resale shops.

This could also be a great email subject line, couldn’t it? The first sentence of the message in your email could continue … and they walked out as a scarecrow and Little Orphan Annie

thereby telling your readers about your great Halloween costume selection. What, you say, we don’t have many costumes left? Betcha do.

Heck yes, any Sponsor of HTC is welcome to it…after all, you’ve shown both me and everyone else in the resale industry your support. We’re all in this together (well, except for those who aren’t 😉 )

Great idea, Kate! Can I assume you are giving us permission to use this line? It’s definitely better than anything I could have come up with. 🙂

    Thanks!!

    Julie
