The display window you didn’t know you have.

diesel empty door

Big black hole. What a waste!

If you have a glass entry to your shop, you have one more display window than you realize.

Look at all that empty display area, just waiting to be filled last thing before you leave every evening!

Why not give after-hours strollers something to look at, something to admire and covet…or even something to tell them a bit more about your shop?

It’s not hard to do. It can be as simple as dragging the husband-chair over to your foyer and draping a garment over it, or pulling the clothes tree from its daytime habitation, covering it in hats, and tucking in that little round table up to it and adding 4-5 straw sandals and beach totes.

You can even use that little round table with a spectacular necklace display… well-lit, of course, with a floor lamp or spotlight.

Do it up RIGHT: Pile it on like Little Specialty Shop does.

A tabletop display of 5-7 items is quick to do!

A single stunning piece may be all that's needed (I'd add a tent sign with selling words and price, though.)

A single stunning piece may be all your overnight display needs. (I'd add a nice simple sign with selling words and price, though.)

Sell home decor? Will evening strollers be going to the restaurant down the street? A tabletop display will be memorable!

Or use your "window you didn't know you had" to make another selling point overnight!

Stumped for ideas? Windows That Sell! , Display Ideas A to Z and The Essential Guide to Using ALL your Space will get your imagination soaring!

Thanks to Little Specialty Shop for her stunning jewelry (jewellery!) display. The armchair’s from metrosofa.com.
