    The NARTS conference was really helpful to me, in lots of ways, but especially in learning more about why and when Facebook could be useful to my business. Twitter I’m still not sold on but FB can be really great to get friends of friends in to the store. It’s like a snowball effect, where if one of your customers “likes” your page on FB, then all her friends will see that link and many of them will click on it to see what her friend likes and -boom! instant referrals. So painless and wonderful to spread the word about your shop for free 🙂
