If a prune can be a sun-dried plum

March 4, 2011 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

A prune by any other name

If a prune can be a sun-dried plum, what can used stuff be?

Wear-tested?

Previously-experienced? Pre-loved?

Gently-used, of course. And eco-wear.

Could home furnishings be Instant Inheritance?

Or kidswear, “College-Fund Couture”?

I got inspired once by spaghetti packaging.

.

What’s inspired you? What consignment, resale, or thrift shop phrasing have you seen and used?

Thanks for the phrases, really liked them. I have used , “Save the Earth, Buy Pre-Loved first” and By buying used you are being echo friendly and looking echo chic, and Vintage Vogue your cheap chic destination… Look chic spend cheap…and so on. Some of them I have stole from you Kate….thanks
