I can see all SORTS of avenues to use this idea.
Buttons. Bits and pieces of jewelry. Even plastic toys you wouldn’t dare give a child.
Whether you’re a nonprofit thrift with lots of odds and ends donated, or a consignment shop with spare buttons and embellishments or a resale shop with oddities that would fit in a jar or a baggie…
Imagine the possibilities.
Where does YOUR imagination lead you? Comment below, if you’re not afraid we’ll think you weird.

I usually give those items away as people love free stuff and it’s a great reason to post on Craigslist. Some I do save as we’ll be having a creative kids area for arts & crafts with free/donated materials (under adult supervision!). However, I will pass this idea along to a local non-profit; great idea!
Thanks… pass along our entire Family of Sites for Professional Resalers to them as well! TGtbT.com, HowToConsign.com, and right now at least, the seasonal blog, KateAtNARTS.wordpress.com
Ohhhh I love this, we can fill with all sorts of odds and ends from the furniture we assemble. Or stuff we find in drawers. Could be real blast.
My mind is spinning with ideas… this is GREAT!
Oh Lynda, So many things… great friends to save cute glass jars for you, and/or do paper headers on baggies!
