Each year I send my top 100 customers a Christmas card with an invitation to come pick up their special gift. At the store this year we have a little gift bag with a Christmas mug (which we saved from buyouts all year), a packet of hot cocoa, a peppermint stick, and a gift coupon for free merchandise for each person, personally addressed. They love the special attention and we get them back in the store during a normally slow time of year for us.
