Make Facebook work better for your consignment, resale, or thrift shop

January 17, 2013 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

Don't post every single pic from your consignment shop

Here’s a tip from Kate: Don’t post every picture you took to your FB albums. Select a few that show your items to the best advantage.

Interested in becoming better at Facebook?

There’s a LOT of info out there on the web, and you could be investing a lot of time (some consignment and resale shopkeepers tell me they spend more than 3 hours a DAY tweaking their Facebook pages!) without the return on investment you would like.

Here’s some time-wise help that I’ve run across:

Understanding Facebook Accounts by Social Media DIY Workshop
Master Facebook Marketing in 10 Days by Hubspot
How to Set Up an Online Store on Your Facebook Page by Constant Contact/ Payvment

Do you have other resources that you’ve found useful for your shop’s social media? We’d love for you to help your peers by adding them below!
