Honor your customer's confidence in you...have something they WANT when you email them. Not sure what to write about/ communicate in your broadcast emails? Here’s 9 ideas, with examples.

Disappointed in your open rate? Here’s some thoughts on why they didn’t bother opening your email.

Maybe it’s too hard to read, so they didn’t? You might as well not have bothered… is that what’s bothering you? How to format your email (and your blog!) for skimmers.

Love your Window Display book, putting it to good use in my small booth inside a larger store. I rent a small area with a very restricted widow to view my resale clothing. Window has 1/3 horizontally shaded the middle third is clear to view clothing with the bottom third clear, but with the name of the store there. Quite a challenge, but you gave me some great hints. Thank you, Bobbie Helwig-Ferris—-Bobbie’s Closet, Prescott, Az.

Great to hear, Bobbie… email some photos, when you get a solution (or 2 or 3!) that works for you!
