I was cleaning out files the other day and came across this layout for a quarter-sheet bag stuffer I made up for a nonprofit resale shop I used to volunteer with. Which reminded me how much fun a Secret Santa event or promotion can be in your shop!
(Admittedly, having a parking lot clearance sale in November and December is easier when you live in Florida, but my resale friends are very inventive, I know…)

- Collect all those mugs. Tuck the idea of making Russian tea at home in them. Let the kids choose their favorites for all their family and friends. Recipe for the tea mix is on Recycled Holidays, or maybe you’ll have small baggies of peppermints “free with any mug”…
- Don’t sell much that would appeal to kids’ imagination or budget? Team up with a childrenswear consignment or resale shop and have a Special Santa Shop at your place, stocked by them, promoted by both businesses.
