The Consignment/ Resale Weekend Warrior

July 17, 2010 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

Consignment and resale shopkeepers: always on the jobAh, the weekends. Yeh, right.

What’s a weekend to a retailer? Maybe a few extra hours, but it’s still

time to work on your business, even if you may not be working in it.

In fact, your weekend projects could be more valuable to the health of your shop than you realize.

Just in case you have a moment or two free, I’ll suggest a project or 2, ranging in time-commitment from 5 minutes to an hour or so, that you might aim at doing this weekend.

Weekend Warrior starts off small with a 5-minute task. It’s one I’ve mentioned before, but perhaps you missed it.

How-to’s and how-come’s here.

Once you’ve done this, post a comment…and let us admire your new avatar right here on Auntie Kate the Blog. Tell us why you chose that particular image if you like!

I just got my avatar. I’m not so sure how to make it show up here, though. LOL! I chose this particular picture because I thought it was a good one of me. 🙂 Thanks for telling me how to do this Kate.

See? It just showed up, automatically, when you used the email address associated with it! Isn’t that FUN?
If you want to have several avatars, create one for each email address you use, for example mama@xxx.com might have an avatar of a picture of the kids and shopkeeper@mysite.com could be your business logo. Then comment on blogs etc, using the email address which applies in that situation.
