Inspiration is everywhere!

July 21, 2010 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

In my workshop on Creating Compelling Communications, I pointed out that inspiration for usable, clever, and most of all compelling messages is everywhere. This is what I ran across, barefoot in my kitchen the other evening, making dinner:

Seemingly crafted specifically for our industry!Barilla is touting their spaghetti and their sauces…  but how good is an idea like that for the resale industry, where consignments (or bought-outright goods!) are carefully chosen or selected  from the best closets (or cupboards!) of OurTown… and where we would like our customers to do the same…

What advertising phrase(s) would you come up with, using the side of this spaghetti box for inspiration? Comment!

This one I LOVE… lots of possibilities… “gourmet style at take-out prices?”
