Do you sell kidstuff? Show parents how much they can get for half the price in your shop!

Take a look at The Cost of Raising Children Calculator.

Then take the figure for clothing for your area and your marketplace, and show your clientele ALL they can get for half the calculated cost. For example, a 3-year-old in the Northeast US from a family not wealthy, will cost that family $550 in clothing costs for one year. Can you show a year’s wardrobe, including all 4 seasons (e.g. a sunsuit and a snowsuit), that adds up to half of that at your shop’s average prices?

Gather the photos of merchandise you already have into a collage with photo-editing software such as Picnik.com (free and nothing to download), do a display in your shop, and/or create a list comparing “regular retail” and “our price range” as a bag-stuffer or e-newsletter.

And if you are happy with your shop but know it can do more for you and for your community, KidBiz: It’s Not Child’s Play, a TGtbT Product for the Professional Resaler will help you prosper.
