Sometimes, we consignment, resale, and thrift shop keepers, shoppers, and staff forget, in the flurry of fashion and style, that “saving the Earth” is a valid reason to run our businesses!
I’m always flabbergasted by how few resalers use the media attention Earth Day garners to remind shoppers that their dollars can not only preserve, but SAVE the environment in local and global ways.
After all, saving the Earth ranks ABOVE saving money for a substantial portion of your potential market.
Anyway, let’s forget all that today.
