Back-to-School Saturday will be promoted in the typically enthusiastic Teen Vogue tone of voice. For instance, ads and posters will exhort, “Get ready, get set, get shopping!” And social media will, of course, play a big role; Teen Vogue has already called dibs on a hashtag, #btss.

Our kids go back to school around the 20th of August so Aug 11th is way to late to promote here. Our shoppers start in July and so do we. We plan to start promoting in July for bts but we will try to use some of that to help us.

Why not have a National Resale Back to School Shopping Day on August 4th, beating the new retailers by a week? Promote real savings without fighting the crowds. We could get together and all offer things like Vogue is doing.
