    I really like this Kate! I will edit it to fit my business and save it. I think giving this sort of review will really help clarify to employees what is expected of them. Surprisingly, sometimes they simply don’t know what is expected of them. Thanks!

      Glad I found this for you! To be totally clear-eyed about this, why WOULD they know (or remember) unless it’s reinforced, as in a review? After all, they’re just doing a job, even if they are the most devoted staffers you’ve ever had the pleasure to know. They don’t know, don’t consider, the big picture the way an owner and manager do.
      Most people WANT to do good, but they also need to know, over and over again, what really is the right, good, positive way to do everything that we expect from them.
