It’s inevitable. If you deal with the public, you’re going to get negative comments on the web.

Often. From all quarters.

All of these will hurt your feelings; many have the potential to damage your consignment, resale, or thrift shop.

So be prepared and know how to handle it.

Good advice to build your reputation before you get nailed with a bad review. Then if one happens to turn up, even if undeserved, you’ll have that cushion of good public opinion to rely on. Thanks for the link Kate!
