Sometimes, TGtbT.com, HowToConsign.com, and our blogs and social media accounts* post something that might, well, deserve a little more audience.
A brilliant idea that you might have missed.
Something that could make your consignment, resale or thrift shop really thrive.
Here’s one:
Pretty neat way to alert shoppers that they’re missing things if they don’t come often. . . Also letting potential consignors/ sellers know the type of merchandise your audience wants!
* Have a ball catching up on the thousands and thousands of ideas, pix, articles, tips and hints available to consignment, resale, and thrift shops of all sorts, posted for you by Kate Holmes. . . then follow, friend, comment, share! Here’s Kate online:
Hi Katie,
I’ve been enjoying your blog and keep meaning to go through (threw!) to find some posts to link with, since many of your posts would relate to resale shoppers as well as shopkeepers. In the meantime, feel free to link to any on my blog–and encourage your store owners as well–that might complement or improve their blogs. This one could be helpful: https://resaleevangelista.wordpress.com/2015/02/02/shopping-resale-nature-or-nurture/
I would also be willing to write the occasional guest blog.
Cheers, Susan

Thanks Susan! Love that blog post of yours… I think I’ll pin the china frieze to HowToConsign.com’s Pinterest! Okay if I link your post on my consumer blog, HowToConsign.org? That’s addressed to the shopper, who’s your audience as well.

I would love that! I’m going to write a post soon that will include a link to your guide to consigning. I’ll let you know when it runs.
