Put an elf to work.

December 2, 2014 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

The Elf on the Shelf could be doing some amazing PR work for your consignment or resale shop. Put an elf to work in yur shop!

For example, here’s the Castaways Elf promoting the California shop’s “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” promotion they held n Small Business Saturday.

Need some elf-inspiration? Check out ideas over on Pinterest (loving the message spelled out in M&Ms!)

Take a few hours (and suggestions from staff and shoppers!) to create enough photos to post daily on your site or in your social media. (And save a few for post-Christmas: maybe Elf having a sack race to announce your early-January bag sale?)

So go hire an elf to join your staff today. Best part? You don’t have to do a background check… they were all born and raised by the Jolly Old Man himself (or so I’ve been told…)
