January 19, 2019 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

Some of you may have not have watched the “10 Minutes with Kate” video about planning your promotions in advance. If you have nothing on your calendar for this upcoming week, here’s a simple celebratory day which lends itself to a cold January day:
.
.

Jan 21 is National Hug Day!

Need some inspiration to get

 you started?

National Hug Day ideas from Too Good to be Threw
You could promote the purchase of leggings
Hug your legs… they take you on adventures and bring you to MyShop so they deserve a new outfit, don’t they?

You could motivate your followers to actually brave the weather and have an experience they won’t get online:
Come hug [our store pet] S/he would love to love you!

Or how about featuring a selection of cozy items they can buy at a price that will keep them warm? Make a display of these and caption it
You’ll wanna hug us when you see the great teapots/ coats/ afghans/ boots we have for you!

Need more promotional ideas and how-to’s? Of course you do. Too Good to be Threw has done the work for you. Grab it PDQ!

If you missed the video, here it is: “10 Minutes with Kate” episode on planning your promotional events

Great ideas! As a new resale shop owner, I welcome suggestions for promoting my shop. I learned a lot from your video, too. Thanks, Kate!
