Tracking These 6 Metrics Could Boost Your Sales

February 13, 2014 by Auntie Kate of Too Good to be Threw

Do you know your vital retail metrics? asks TGtbT.comDo you have, at your fingertips, the answers to some simple “how many? how much?” questions?

I’ve found that many consignment, resale, and thrift shopkeepers don’t. Well, most know the answer to #1… but few the answers to #2 and #4. And that still leaves 3 more stats you should be watching.  Entrepreneur Mag agrees with me.

Tracking the results of each of these efforts will allow you to see what’s working so you can do more of it. You also identify what’s not working, and can fix it right away.

Are you tracking these figures? Read about it. Which of these statistics helps you the most? Are there other metrics you would recommend to your peers? Tell us in the comments, below!
