If your shop runs true to form in the resale industry, it probably doesn’t have nearly as many hooks as it needs, especially those temporary places for items sold, items being returned, items being discussed need. Wall space is all used up; there isn’t enough space at your counter for a clothes tree, so you end up putting those things on hangers flat down on the counter. Thereby knocking over the pencil cup, getting ball-point pen on that lovely silk dress, and/or snagging the adorable vintage mohair sweater.
