We love Halloween in the resale biz, because we see new faces coming in, looking for costumes.
It’s SO much fun to put your best foot forward and see these consumers converted right before your eyes by your professional, appealing selection and presentation of your merchandise, isn’t it?
You have to keep them coming back, and back, and back, until coming to see “what’s new at the used shop” is a every-week part of their lives.
We found a good “refresher” article on how to help this process along… the point that is especially pertinent to the resale business? That I see neglected by consignment, resale, and even thrift shopkeepers (yikes! imagine!) all the time?
