and to see how they market themselves, and maybe even gather a few ideas of things that could work for your business.

(Interesting side note: When I Googled “online consignment” today… a very savvy NON-online, bricks & mortar consignment shop appeared on the first page of results (that’s where you want to be!) How? Well, Google never tells HOW they select the sites to show you… but having the search term “online” and “consignment” on their home page probably helps.)
