Turning one-time customers into returning regularsWe love Halloween in the resale biz, because we see new faces coming in, looking for costumes.

New faces who normally wouldn’t even think of shopping secondhand.

It’s SO much fun to put your best foot forward and see these consumers converted right before your eyes by your professional, appealing selection and presentation of your merchandise, isn’t it?

But once is not enough.

You have to keep them coming back, and back, and back, until coming to see “what’s new at the used shop” is a every-week part of their lives.
