I feel sorry for small consignment shops. Really. I feel their pain about the lack of space, about the logjam of summer clothes still in-date and fall consignments pouring in. Really, it can be a time of year when you just wanna bar the door.

It’s inevitable. If you deal with the public, you’re going to get negative comments on the web.
Often. From all quarters.
All of these will hurt your feelings; many have the potential to damage your consignment, resale, or thrift shop.
So be prepared and know how to handle it.
