There’s nothing worse than working with new hires who JUST DON’T GET your sense of humor. They may be wonderful talented folks, but believe me, your consignment or resale shop will never feel like home if you have to deal with people who don’t get you.

    Seriously, who needs to advertise for job applicants? If I casually mention I might have an openings in my CA store I have 10 resumes the next day. The real unemployment rate is 20% folks! Gov’t stats are a joke!
