Hope YOUR customer service is better than this! This web site wants YOU to help them (and insists you go into detail: “specific color, size…”), but they categorically refuse to help YOU.
Oh. Unless they have a “readily available solution”…translation: if we can get off our fat butts and like, HELP you?
